ELECTION FOR DIRECTORIAL POST-2025 NOMINATION FORM

Dear Members,
This is to notify all STMA members that STMA will hold its yearly elections on – March 5, 2025.
Nominations for candidacy for a three-year term of the Board of Directors are now being accepted in accordance with the STMA's by-laws.
Please download the Election Form from the STMA website i.e. www.mystma.com and return the filled and duly signed forms to be addressed to the Election Committee - Members, Mr. Aziz Hashim/ Mr. Hakim Ali at 12054 Starcrest Drive, San Antonio, TX 78247.
Please note, mention on the envelope the subject “STMA ELECTIONS 2025” so that it reaches the right hands.
Applications must be received no later than March 1, 2024 via certified mail or hand delivered to the STMA Office.
We will send you an email confirming that we have received your application.
All the forms have been uploaded onto our website.
ELIGIBILITY TO VOTE:
The candidate must be a current authorized representative and in good standing with STMA.
ELECTION COMMITTEE:
Mr. Aziz Hahim (Election Committee - Member)
Mr. Hakim Ali (Election Committee - Member)
DIRECTORS' RETIRING / TERM ENDING:
Three (3) Vacant Positions for the Election
SUMMARY OF DEADLINES:
01/30/2025 - Deadline to submit election nomination.
02/12/2025 - The Election Commissioner will inform the candidates of their eligibility and meet the nominee on 02/14/2025.
02/16/2025 - Last day to withdraw from elections. Must receive withdrawal before 5 pm.
03/05/2025- ELECTION DAY.
