ELECTION FOR DIRECTORIAL POST-2026 NOMINATION FORM

Dear STMA Members:
This is to notify all members of STMA that the election meeting of STMA has been scheduled for Wednesday, March 25th, 2026. Nominations for candidacy for a three-year Director term are now being accepted. The current STMA Board is comprised of nine directors. This year there are three (3)seats that are open for election. Your participation in the upcoming election will provide nominees with a strong show of support and will help maintain your effective representation in STMA.
To be a nominee, a candidate must also be an STMA member as of January 1st, 2026. Any member who is an authorized representative and natural person in good standing from each store will be eligible to participate in the election.
Please download a nomination form, consent to background check form, and the bio-data form from the STMA website (www.mystma.com) and return them in-person or via certified mail to the Finance Manager Samad Manasia, at 12054 Starcrest Dr., San Antonio, TX, 78247. The deadline to apply and submit for candidacy is February 10th, 2026, by 5:00PM. Applications received incomplete or after February 10, 2026, will not be considered for candidacy. We will send you an email confirming that we have received your application. Time and venue of the election will be STMA Corporate Office on March 25th, 2026.
Any candidate who wants to withdraw their application should do so by March 2nd , 2026, by 5.00 pm.
ELIGIBILITY TO VOTE: Candidate must be a current authorized representative and in good standing with STMA.
