About Us
As a highly involved Business, STMA strives to meet our client needs by working with vendors and optimizing each aspect of our client’s business. One such aspect is advertising on store fronts. STMA is working on creating a Standard for all our clients, to advertise to their customers and increase sales. Our platform connects advertisers with retail partners, enabling real-time delivery of digital media content and automating commission-based incentives for ad compliance.
Our model is B2B2C:
- Advertisers fund campaigns.
- Retail partners display targeted content.
- Consumers engage with dynamic in-store media.
We are building tools that combine ad tech, cloud software, compliance tracking, and analytics — and we’re looking for interns who want to help shape the future of retail-based digital media.
What You’ll Do
As an intern, you will contribute to features and improvements such as:
- Web and mobile interfaces for campaign scheduling and media management
- APIs to deliver targeted ad content to store displays
- Compliance tracking and commission calculation logic
- Real-time dashboards for campaign monitoring and partner reporting
What We’re Looking For
We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds and levels of experience. Ideal candidates should have:
- Familiarity with web development
- Experience with backend technologies
- Interest in SaaS platforms, digital advertising, or media technology
- Willingness to learn, ask questions, and collaborate
